The fun part of growing roses is to ,of course, see them bloom their heads off and embrace those beautiful flowers - right? With most modern roses, it's important to encourage / send them a signal to make more flowers by removing the spent blooms or cutting flowers to enjoy inside. For some other roses, not deadheading will not stop them from blooming.
