The Joyful Way

to Grow Roses

"It always seems impossible until it's done"

-

Nelson Mandela

Roses are so prone to all kinds of diseases and pests, especially in high heat and humidity.

How is it possible to grow roses without using systemic, insecticide, fungicide, fungicide or similar products?

The key components to this approach is to build healthy and strong foundation for your roses' health so they can handle anything and everything that mother nature throws at them.

The 4-Step Approach

This method is not about completely removing diseases and pests from the garden, but rather minimizing those unpleasant factors so you can enjoy lovely flowers.

This is a 4-step approach which is a combination of:

Feed, Deploy, Allow & Trust

1. Feed the soil: apply organic matters, fertilizer, care and love to build the soil which is the foundation of growing strong and healthy plants

2. Deploy beneficial insects

3. Allow time for your roses to build resilence

4. Trust the process

The main differences of this approach to the traditional pest/disease management is that it is not a fix quick.

What do we focus on:

  • Selecting the varieties that thrive in the tough growing conditions

  • Providing them with neccessary nutrients they need

  • Giving them time to build health and resilence

This method is not for everyone.

If the perfect looking blooms and lush green, flawless plants are something you expect to see, this approach won't give you that result.

(There is no judgement in how people care for their roses. Each of us is at different stage in life and what's important. Some people have chronic health conditions that make them more vunerable and want to minimize chimecal exposure while others are healthy and can go with a regular pest/disease mgmt route.)

If minimizing chemical exposure is your goal, I'm honored to be your guide to support you through this 4-step method.

This is an on-going program to help support your during the growing season (spring, summer and fall) that walks you through every step.

THE KEYS TO SUCCESS

Most gardeners fail to follow through when implementing the no-spray method on their own.

When pest and disease pressure is all time high, that's when most feel discouraged and quit too soon without proper guidance and support.

Hence, not allowing enough time for your micro-climate and plants to develop resilence.

I want you to succeed and I also know it is not easy to see pest and disease damages when you get started...

I help health and environmental concious individuals learn a holistic way of growing roses so they can minimize/eliminate the use of chemicals in their gardens while creating a thriving rose garden and achieving beautiful blooms.

At the end of the program, you'll be equipped with knowledge, tranquility & confidence in:

  • selecting your rose varieties

  • understanding what to do when pests and diseases show up/damage your roses

  • planting & amending clay soil

  • identify the type of supplies, fertilizers and other products

  • choosing and applying organic matters from your kitchen

  • choosing and deploying beneficial insects

  • caring for roses during spring, summer, fall and winter months

  • pruning in springtime and fall

  • having access to me 1-2 times a month online to answer questions

       and anytime via email

  • having a positive online community to meet & interact with others

  • cultivating mental and emotional peace and balance in order to go through the process and life challenges
